Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gigover property intelligence platform. By creating an account or using Gigover, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Gigover provides software for managing properties, maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, projects, assets, contractors and related cost data. Features and pricing are described on our Pricing page.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Gigover. We process this data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data you're not authorized to view, interfering with the service's operation, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing model in effect at the time of purchase (currently per property plus per unit). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

Gigover is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigover is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
