Permissions & access control
Role-based access controls what contractors, tenants, staff and admins can see and do. Financial data and portfolio-wide views are restricted to the roles that need them.
Data management & ownership
Your data belongs to you. Properties, work orders, assets and cost history can be exported at any time. We do not sell customer data.
Onboarding
Most teams import their first properties and are creating work orders within a day. Larger portfolios get a guided onboarding session to structure properties, assets and user roles correctly from the start.
Support
Support is provided by a team that understands property operations — not a generic ticket queue reading from a script.
